I am an intelligence professional with a focus in multi-INT collection management (CM). I thrive in project management, CM, certification, instruction, and instructional system design jobs.I’m a PMP-certified project / program manager. I led the team that developed/operated the Certified CM Professional - Fundamental (CCMP-F) certification program for over 10 years. I led development of each iteration of the CCMP-F EBoK, and DCME Reference Guides--literally "the CM tradecraft bible." We achieved NCCA accreditation in 2015 and 2020. NCCA said about the latter, "the Commission was impressed with the thoroughness of your application. Only a small number of applicants get through the accreditation process with full 5 year accreditation..." I am currently the instructional designer for the Navy’s Maritime ISR weapons schools (MISR WS) and their CM instructor. On a separate project, I am the accreditation consultant for the CCMP and the Joint Intelligence Planner certification programs.I have deployed as a CM and was Chief of the DoD’s theater airborne ISR Ops (CM) course: the USAF's IROC course where I earned ISR Officer Instructor of the Year for 2nd AF . I’m an experienced curriculum developer, having graduated from Langevin curriculum design and the USAF's instruction courses, and ATD's "project management for curriculum designers." I led the IROC curriculum rewrite in 2010 and wrote the initial MNSTC-I training material for Iraqi Air Force CM in 2009. I was the project PM for the creation of the DoD's first-ever CM Advanced Course (CMAC). I provided DIA's CM inputs for the Joint Pub 2-0 and 2-01 revisions, and for the US Army's Field Manual 2-01 on behalf of the USAF. I have experience conducting and leading multiple job task analyses & training needs analyses. I have 30+ years of managerial experience and have led civ and mil teams numbering in the hundreds of professionals at a time, including leading intelligence teams in support of OIF/OEF and other missions. I have experience hiring, supervising, managing, and mentoring team members, establishing and controlling budgets, and writing successful proposals.
