I am currently the Sr. Director of Field (Sales) Systems at Smartsheet, building the systems to scale with company growth and optimize process efficiency.Previously, I was the CTO of Ascent Cloud / Geopointe, a company that assists companies in maximizing the efficiency of their sales teams with a suite of productivity applications. While the current role is technical and has me leading and managing the development team, I have also been heavily involved in all facets of the businesses, including sales, marketing, strategic direction, team growth, and technical execution. This resulted in company growth from three people and a low six-figure ARR to a $12+ million ARR.Before Geopointe, I was the lead developer and system architect for a Salesforce CRM implementation at F5 Networks. I was directly embedded with the sales team and interacted with all levels of the sales organization, from inside sales representatives to the Global VP of Sales. The primary goal in this role was to make the sales team as productive as possible, enabled by technical solutions.Born and raised in Seattle, I graduated with honors from Seattle University with a degree in Business Administration and a focus on E-Commerce & Information Systems.
