About Jason Watson

I believe that people are made up of many different parts like the physical, emotional, mental, cultural and spiritual. I aim to practice holistically, to use my skill, knowledge, empathy and personality to help people meet their presenting needs. I endeavour to create a therapeutic environment which provides a platform from which clients can grow and heal. This healing needs to involve the client; it needs to be their growth. Knowing how much to help, when to step back and how to help progress come about is what make a therapist. I am not an Island, if I don’t know I will ask, if I need help I will seek and if another idea is raised I will think it through. I am in favour of what works.
