With over 33 years of experience in the US Navy, I am a seasoned and accomplished senior military officer with a proven track record of leading large and small teams in the military industry. I have a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Old Dominion University, and I possess strong skills in U.S. Department of Defense, Navy, Intelligence, Supervisory Skills, and Readiness.As the Commodore of UUVRON-1, I manage and lead unmanned undersea vehicle Flotillas in multiple geographic locations, delivering certified teams and vehicles to execute exquisite tasking across the globe to ensure Combat Commander’s objectives are met in the undersea domain. I also lead a development cell to test and evaluate emerging payload technologies to improve war fighting capability. My mission is to advance the Navy's operational and strategic capabilities in the undersea domain, and to empower and inspire my team to achieve excellence and innovation.
