- Day-to-day management of Solutions Analyst team. Detailed team member job responsibilities outlined in IT Solutions Analyst (Automotive) experience below. Solutions team has responsibility for duties outlined below at 29 automotive warehouse operations globally- Direct reports are distributed globally and include a team of 2 Team Leads and 11 Analysts. Team members based in EU, NA and SA- Responsible for assignment and balancing of team resources to projects based on regional prioritization. Resources balanced across site support, new customer projects and internally driven strategic solutions- Closely involved in review of global task lists, project plans and review of high level solution needs, providing guidance on functional solution design- Management administration activities include managing team expenses, performance reviews, time tracking for US GAAP software change capitalization and calculation of fixed/variable customer (internal and external) charges for support

- Support all areas of Business Development to grow technology vertical in North and South America. Involved in bid reviews, solution analysis, RFI/RFQ responses, and customer presentations- Support of WMS and Contract management application selection for a proprietary Healthcare logistics business model. Developed RFI, consolidated vendor responses, facilitated software/hardware analysis, evaluation, selection and contract for two applications to meet business needs- Analyzed Sarbanes–Oxley (SOX), Global Standards One (GS1) and Quality Audit requirements to ensure requirements in compliance in preparation for rewrite of WMS/logistics application used to manage all inventory, orders and shipment for regional Dell and Apple distribution centers

- Primary responsibility to act as a single point of contact between the extended corporate, site and customer resources applying analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to help support the study and design process as related to all IT initiatives within the plant- Responsible for providing technical guidance to 10 indirect reports across 6 facilities. Indirect reports in Operational System Coordinator position (position details in Operational System Coordinator (Automotive) section below)- Facility launch project management including IT budgeting, project plan development and implementation of solutions and business best practices- Extensive involvement in software development life cycle for WMS application, including requirements creation, developing test plans/data, configuration, testing, training and implementation- Coordinated Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) at five facilities using the Process Failure Modes Analysis (PFMEA) tool/process to help identify potential areas of weakness, create and evaluate contingency plans to mitigate risk- Infrastructure involvement including server and end device configurations, coordinate setup of network WAN/LAN services and installation & customer systems/hardware- Coordination of customer communications using EDI (X12, XML and others), using variety of protocols, through variety of communication networks (ANX, GXS, GEC)- Developed costing and presentations for customer quote requests. This included establishing software development & hardware requirements, facilities costs, implementation effort, licensing etc.
