Serves as a Special Activities SME & Unconventional Warfare advisor for U.S. Army Special Forces, U.S. Navy SEALS, U.S. Marine Special Operations Command, and select members of the Intelligence Community. Provides instruction and services related to Special Operations Activities at the Tactical, Operational, and Strategic levels. Manages, designs, and/or supports training exercises, scenario development, and ongoing operations. Also serves in roles as a Surveillance Team Leader and Member conducting physical surveillance and surveillance detection operations as well as a Role Player focused on providing realistic scenario-based training and feedback in the areas of Unconventional Warfare, Advanced Special Operations Techniques, and HUMINT operations.Executes multi-million-dollar contracts for various U.S. Special Operations training courses and venues by managing all instructor and support-personnel provided by multiple vendors, designing various programs of instruction, and assessing/advising client participation and performance measures.Also offers security-related services to select corporate clients in the form of corporate espionage monitoring, physical security threat & vulnerability assessments, information collection & analysis, red-team security assessments of facilities & personnel, employee behavior evaluations, teaching & training in personal security methodology as well as body language interpretation & human behavior analysis, surveillance detection methods, and low-profile protection services.

As the State's Inspections Division Chief, planned and oversaw inspections of units throughout the State of Indiana’s Army and Air National Guard force of 13,500 personnel in order to determine compliance with established laws, regulations, and policies as well as provided assistance and support to Indiana’s Adjutant General, Command Inspector General, and Guard members on all matters and concerns related to the application, enforcement, or condition of regulations, policies, and procedures. Also conducted investigations into various allegations as well as provided oversight, quality review, and advice on all matters under investigation; ensuring thoroughness, impartiality, and appropriateness of any action taken in order to achieve resolution on the matter.Conducted legal & policy compliance research & analysis, created investigative plans, collected & analyzed evidence, managed caseload efficiently and effectively, interviewed subjects and witnesses, wrote investigative and inspection results reports; and regularly partnered with stakeholders in Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Public Relations, Intelligence, Operations, Logistics, Security, Information Technology, Command elements, and others to ensure collective objectives were met.

Served as the company's COO and was responsible for overseeing business practices as well as upholding company policies and goals. Served as the Site Lead and Senior Instructor for the Advanced Skills, Achilles Dagger program for 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, CO. Managed a team of Advanced Skills Professionals comprised of U.S. Army Special Forces and U.S. Navy SEAL veterans providing subject matter expertise in the development, demonstration, and delivery of Advanced Skills to Special Operations personnel.

Served as an Advanced Situational Awareness Training instructor for U.S. Military & Intelligence customers. Taught the concepts of human behavior analysis, body language, deception detection, pre-event indicators, and pattern recognition & analysis.

Served as an Assistant Operations, Intelligence, and Engineer Sergeant for 5th SFG(A) and the Joint Unconventional Warfare Task Force with numerous combat and operational deployments in support of the War on Terror. Focused on Preparation of the Environment, Irregular Warfare, Intelligence Collection & Analysis, Low Visibility Operations, Clandestine & Covert Operations, Direct Action Combat Missions, Personnel Recovery, Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition. Served as a primary ASOT Lvl III Operative within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.
