I developed and implemented a comprehensive swim program for elderly women in their late 60s, teaching them to swim from the basics with a focus on water safety and physical exercise. Within one month, clients progressed from having no swimming experience to being able to swim all four strokes. This success was achieved through strategic planning and tailored instruction.
