Operations Manager
Current- Direct operations for a 15-person agency, creating online and print collateral
- Manage high-visibility projects in support of product launches and signature product lines
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketers and other internal clients) to conceive and create projects that reflect their brand identity and messaging
- Review marketing and proofreader edits for clarity and appropriateness, conducting QC on changes to files

- Establish and maintain relationships with entire department staff to assess group and individual function, assisting where necessary
