Responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives for K1 Speed Canada and managing communication across internal teams and with our external marketing agency. Spearheaded successful openings of two new locations by implementing a 360-degree marketing strategy. I oversee all social media management and content creation for our social channels, which have seen a 261% growth in audience, and 730% growth in engagement. Beyond that, we created a number of new initiatives: - We created the K1 Speed Canadian Championships, with this initiative driving greater year-long participation from our top customers YoY. - Our annual Spin to Win campaign helped us increase our first-party data significantly while also driving in-venue redemptions- Our Daily Deals campaign launched and helped increase weekday traffic by 22%

Responsible for creating custom fan experiences at all MLSE sporting events, primarily through personalized in-seat visits and unique pregame experiences. As a leader on a team that has hit annual KPI’s well in advance, I have earned two Player of the Month awards during my time in this role.

Responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives for Centreville Amusement Park including traditional, radio, and digital marketing channels. The implementation of a new social strategy led to Centreville’s social audience growing by 92%, as well as a 145% increase in web traffic. With the implementation of a new overall marketing strategy, park revenue grew by 36%. Along with planning and executing Centreville’s marketing strategy, I have also been instrumental in creating new streams of revenue. I have led the planning and execution of a three-day event that generated over $100k in revenue, along with being responsible for approaching brands and selling on-site brand activation space throughout the Centreville season. While expanding the marketing department responsibilities to include our restaurants and catering divisions, I have also led several major projects, including a complete website redesign and the development and launch of the Centreville Amusement Park mobile app.

- Responsible for providing memorable customer service and enhancing the fan experience at Toronto Blue Jays events. - Operated activation zones for thousands of fans during game days, as well as special events. - Execution of various Toronto Blue Jays events, including Jr. Jays Saturdays, Canada Day, Home Opener, Special Giveaways, as well as others.- At times, would lead small groups of team members in the operation of activation zones. - Responsible for set up and tear down of all Blue Jays special events.

- Organize and execute over 25 basketball camps, clinics, and school visits for youth in the Toronto area. - Assist in organizing and facilitating community events and appearances throughout the Greater Toronto Area. - Would handle talent and be the point of contact for dozens of special events and appearances. - Responsible for handling all fan requests for both Community Relations and Basketball Development. - Handled administrative responsibilities for both Community Relations and Basketball Development department.
