• Oversaw 50 university Hillel chapters in the Southeast region reaching over 30,000 students. Established trusting relationships with chapter Directors advising on how to create a more inclusive campus environment and address issues regarding their students.• Strategized on how to effectively combat anti-Semitic and anti-Israel groups on campuses such as identifying appropriate university officials to create allies and joint statements with and instituting student government lobbying campaigns. • Ghost wrote speeches on behalf of students and Hillel staff regarding discrimination and condemning hate speech on campus• Identified and selected 8 universities for a 3-year “Enhanced Support” Program initiative with the goal of increasing campus Israel programming by 20%. Brainstormed with university Hillel staff on effective events, potential speakers, and how to reach increased engagement. Managed annual budget of $32,000 and disseminated funding appropriately by evaluating potential impact and efficacy of programming.o Measured monthly progress of 40 total universities in the program by analyzing Salesforce CRM data regarding one on one dialogue, number of programs held, and attendance at programs. Utilized data to advise dedicated university leads on how to reach program goal of 20% increase in engagement

• Identified and established relationships with new partner organizations increasing our official partners from 5 organizations to 20, most notably Gift of Life and the Anti-Defamation League. Represented ZBT at external events educating attendees on the organization, increasing brand presence, and creating new partnerships.• Drafted business plan to secure $250,000 in funding for a new position focused on hate prevention, with a goal of educating university chapters on identifying and thwarting intersectional hate actions on campus in partnership with the Anti-Defamation League. Interviewed, hired, and managed this position.• Oversaw national sexual assault and dating abuse prevention program, in partnership with Jewish Women International and Sigma Delta Tau Sorority, at 15 universities which trained over 1,000 students in recognizing signs of abuse and assault, how to be an active bystander, and university resources available. Directly trained 400 students at 5 universities. Received over 90% positive feedback.

Greater Boston Area

• Established 7 new partnerships with campus Jewish Organizations in the Midwestern United States, for a new experimental intercultural dialogue program, which sparked 555 intercultural dialogues resulting in 20 events reaching over 500 students• Recruited over 70 students at select universities to a 1-year advocacy internship program with the goal of finding commonalities across different cultural groups to create greater connections and coalitions• Delivered trainings to students on how to identify university influencers, establish relationships with said influencers, and how to create a two-way dialogue about Israel, including their personal connection, to create greater empathy • Interviewed, selected, and managed non-Jewish university leaders for a 10-day trip to Israel which introduced students to several diverse societal groups, learning about their unique experiences within the country creating future campus education opportunities.
