Also attend meetings with IT vendors on behalf of a client and assist in projects and implementations. Work independently or with a team, to include client in-house technical staff, vendors or 3rd party system implementers on projects to gather requirements and design system specifications to meet business goals and cost consideration. Administrate managed services (MSP) to include data backup (both on and off-site), E-mail filtering and client datacenter co-location environments. Provide both on-site and remote assists to clients for troubleshooting and resolving issues on servers, networks, PC desktops and laptops, mobile device (Android and iOS) and MAC OSX for both IT Outsourcing clients and single incident service calls.
