Arranged and implemented logistics for the GOTV operation in Florida, meeting and exceeding all set goals for region.Mentored 9 organizers in the establishment of volunteer teams utilizing the neighborhood team model.Researched and carefully built the GOTV plan for Indian River and Brevard counties through assisting and supervising volunteer teams, staging locations and basing events, trainings and tactics on needs of and values of the campaign.Worked with the Regional Field Director to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing structure, adapting to new challenges and effectively communicating to my leadership and organizers needed changes.Acted as a liaison with our legal team in monitoring polling locations and election procedures within region.Participated in constituency outreach, working with unions, churches, local government officials, political organizations and community groups.

Assisted in building the general election structure through volunteer recruitment, the identification of strong leaders, and the assembling of 5 successful volunteer neighborhood teams consisting of 25 volunteer leaders.Constructed, conducted and evaluated multiple trainings in recruitment, voter registration and election law.Helped conduct one of the most successful registration drives during a Presidential campaign, registering over 100,000 voters in Georgia.
