About Jason Beecher

Since my first job, I have chosen a role working with customers and clients. From part-time retail all the way through to the last customer success position the common thread has always been working with and helping customers achieve their goals and desired outcomes. One of my first professional jobs was scheduling interpreters for immigration court hearings. Here I was able to help many people directly and indirectly. I looked at the job as I work for the interpreters directly helping them to earn a living while providing a valuable service for other people in court proceedings that did not speak English. My latest role as a Customer Success Manager also helped several clients in different ways. My direct help was targeted towards the franchisees that have offices around the world as a trusted advisor. These clients needed assistance with training of staff, hardware and software troubleshooting, onboarding and training 5 new offices remotely in different parts of the world and one domestic office in the U.S. My supporting help was for the franchisees clients in the hospitality sector with loss identification and prevention. The more successful I could make each team, the more they could focus on helping their clients. In addition to the Customer Success challenges, I was also serving as an Assistant Product Manager for our software and creation of an LMS training platform for our franchisees to onboard staff quicker and provide them with on the job software resources. As an Assistant Product Manager, I tested our software before rolling out 2 major releases and also researched issues with the software when they arose to see why the problems existed in the first place and got it to the developers so they could correct the issues. In addition to assisting on software issues I also led the feature requests and helped to get those implemented into the software for the next release.
