I am currently pursuing my masters degree at the University of Washington. The I.A.L. program mixes mentorship with classroom instruction and comprehensive internships. The intense pace, as well as, the passion of its students and executive level instructors, challenge us to become accountable and effective leaders. It is the first program of its kind and has become the template by which many universities attempt to create their own program.
