Senior Collaboration Architect
Current• Provide focused pre-sales design consultation to Customers and Account Executives as the subject matter expert for all Collaboration technologies, which primarily include: Unified Communications and Collaboration Video and TelePresence Servers and Data Center Infrastructure Legacy Voice and PBX Integration or Migration Base knowledge of foundational technologies is expected, such as: Routing and Switching Wireless Networking Physical and Network Security• Deliver complete Bill-of-Materials and design diagrams and documents as needed to facilitate sales.• Draft Scope-of-Work and Level-of-Effort documents for Professional Services opportunities.• Assist Account Teams with RFP or Bid responses.• Assess and Quote ePlus Managed Services offerings.• Work with Project Managers and Engineers to transition Projects from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales.• Lead online and in-person meetings with Customers, Stakeholders, Partners and Vendors at all stages of Sales to develop or explain proposed solutions.• Enable local Sales Teams to effectively sell Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions by updating them on current Products and Promotions, as well as roadmap information.• Proactively engage Customers and Partners to assist with ongoing UC-centric efforts and identify opportunities for new sales or synergies.• Work directly with Customers and Partners to deploy on-premise or cloud-based technology Proof-of-Concept solutions or Demos.• Subscribe to ongoing Training and Self-Education to stay current on relevant technologies, ePlus offerings, and competitive products.
