Undertaken self-study to become an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist and earned a diploma in Counter Fraud Risk Management. I have qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, a mentor, and a HR investigation manager.Conducted a large scale investigation into tax fraud which involved interviewing in excess of fifty suspects, victims and witnesses and resulted in significant amounts of unpaid tax being recouped. Effective management and prioritisation of reports from speak out and other sources, ensuring that matters are dealt with within appropriate timescales. A strong knowledge of analytical techniques and tools facilitated the identification of subjects responsible for seemingly anonymous social media profiles leading to disciplinary action for those identified.
