Corporate Strategy:- Lead specific business strategy projects to analyze key business issues, develop new opportunities, and drive strategic decision making. Includes project definition, scoping and management, analysis, market research, synthesis and recommendationM&A Strategy & Execution: - Lead overall process for potential mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures.
