Managed a Business Process Management Center of Excellence team of several Pega Lead System Architects with the purpose of driving innovation and reusability while governing standards and best practices during design, development and delivery of Pega workflow applications. Collaborated on defining a best fit assessment for project teams to determine the best fit BPM platform. Designed a hardware sizing template based on performance testing metrics for Infrastructure estimates for new BPM workflow applications, reducing infrastructure procurement by 40%. Defined policies and procedures with delivery partners to improve delivery and reduce deployment time. Monitored BPM platform capacity and provided recommendations to improve capacity and performance while reducing workflow application process contention. Managed a team of Infrastructure, Capacity, Database and Middleware engineers to architect a PAAS platform, a multiple tenant split schema installation of Pega 7, providing each workflow application group the ability to share database infrastructure while having their own Pega 7 instance. Led a cross functional team and designed a Pega product enhancement recommendation to include a manifest feature for BIX.

Managed a team of 8 developers in designing, architecting and developing an enterprise-wide web application to keep Saxon in compliance with the government loan modification program Home Affordable Modification Program. Short iterations and multiple releases were required in order to meet government directive time frames. Interacted with Treasury compliance group (MHA-C) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for certifications, re-certifications, auditing questions and testing. Managed and oversaw the development of WCF services to centralize a government NPV calculation model, to determine loan terms, and an isolation layer in front of a rules engine. Managed enhancements to external websites including the migration to servers to an internal DMZ. Designed and architected a web-based distributed process to give users the ability to request bulk processing of FiServ scripts. Teamed with multiple development managers to build an abstraction layer for applications to access multiple Servicing System of Records. Helper classes were developed to simplify service integration for development teams. Assisted Change Control in developing migration procedures and standards for using Perforce Source Code Management. Supported Change Control in implementing automated build and deploy scripts for application deployments.

Supervised and collaborated with an offshore team of developers to handle maintenance tickets and enhancements on C#, ASP.NET, VB and Java applications. Developed ASP.NET Web Applications utilizing multi-threaded functions, COM component interoperability, email, file upload, and database manipulation. Created a Windows service to send a file through a web service after the file was created in a monitored folder. Designed and developed a C#.NET assembly to load XML rules, generate C# code and store the compiled C# code in memory between execution requests. Developed many COM components to execute rules from XML, standardize mainframe emulation methods (RUMBA and Fidelity Portal), and execute and export Crystal Reports to PDF.
