Current• Selected by Bank of America management to lead various high-profile projects, some independently, some with direct reports.• Led cross-functional teams consisting of employees, consultants and vendors in delivering security, payments and mobile banking projects to 20+ million customers. Results: Reduced fraud loss by 5% (Sitekey, eAlerts); reduced transaction costs (Online wires & Mobile Banking) through channel migration.• Responsible for overall leadership, adoption and execution for Agile project-management methodology to expedite life cycle of projects. Built 7-member leadership team that led the delivery of 18 agile projects over a 2-year period. Result: All projects were deployed on time, within budget with an improvement to code quality.• Developed and coordinated (ongoing) the Company’s largest ATM / ATA hardware certification strategy to achieve better reliability and new capabilities to all ATMs over a five year period. Result: Addresses vendor end of support timeline while implementing the latest technology in support of the bank’s future strategies. • Managed Bank’s implementation of Security and Fraud Alerts. Alerts are short messages sent to customers about their online account activity via email or mobile device. Result: S&FA were touted by customers as one of the top reasons in their use of online banking. 4 million customers signed up by end of year 2. Alerts won Corporate Insights’ “Bank Monitor Gold Award” for excellence in online/offline service in 2006 and 2007• Led Bank’s migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 operating system for 16,000 ATMs. Microsoft stopped supporting Windows XP, effective April 2014, and security issues would prevail. Result: Successful migration avoided paying penalties to Microsoft, while maintaining stability. • Designed and implemented Online & Mobile channel release management and business readiness processes.
