Regional Maintenance Planner
Current-Provides software training to end users (Technicians) and new CMMS Administrators; serves as liaison for problem solving and escalation. Coach and educate staff on the EAM and APM functions and best practices for performing tasks.-Works with corporate CMMS Administrator to roll out a standard approach to Maintenance Management, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and scheduling; and EAM and APM reports.-Manages work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders.-Performs regular data analysis on labor booked and recommend software enhancements and process changes.-Posts metrics on local job board at the site.-Participates in EAM and APM software implementation projects at regional level-Schedules all labor for to include: preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, special projects and any other work that is assigned by the customer-Communicate directly with Vendors and Property Owners to schedule Base Building, HVAC, FLS, Plumbing, Electrical, Dock Door PM’s, and reactive work at multiple sites- Write Purchase Orders for vendors, order parts, tools, and materials for technicians using Coupa and EAM and APM Coupa integration- Load balance equipment pm’s in EAM and inventory health at multiple sites
