Started on a major corporate project on new CMMS system called Avantis, was trained as a superuser and trainer. This was on going for close to 2 years building the software and related PM's, Bill of materials, manuals, linking in oil and vibration readings, standard inspection sheets etc. Extensive training in rotating equipment, all aspects of steam generation, boilers, Coke Ovens, By-Products, TSSA requirements and Gas Hazards. Worked on a major 13,000 HP multi stage turbine failure and finding the root cause failure of the unit.
