Current- The first person hired in the department. Hired to assist in the development and creation of Category Management within Post Consumer Brands. The team now exists of 10 managers- Managed several accounts including SuperValu, Aldi, AWG, Albertson’s, Target, and many other regional grocers ($1.0B). My accounts grew share from (19.7-21.8) (+$4.6Million).o Developed key customer relationships to attain 2 category captaincies with SuperValuo Asked by SuperValu to sit on their SV Insights shopper loyalty card business steering committee to help develop reporting and socialize the tool across vendor partnerso Lead the “Breakfast Playbook” refresh for SuperValu for PCB. One of 2 vendor partners asked by SuperValu to help steer the reinvention of breakfast for their company- Successfully leveraged syndicated data, Nielsen studies, and 8451 shopper data to develop an insights based selling story to reposition cereal brands differently within Nielsen’s segmentation structure.- Responsible for assisting the management of production capacity with sales capacity for PCB’s private label business- Created and managed the first Category Management Internship program for PCB.- Administered and lead several Nielsen tool implementations including Nielsen Assortman, and Nielsen Price Modeling.
