Establish KPI's expectations. Intake work, coordinate kick off meeting with Team, put work into production, and track job from start to finish with an objective to meet or beat client's expectations. Conduct weekly load call meetings with the Team to discuss project updates and any possible roadblocks. Provide mentoring, leadership, and support.
