After graduating from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I began my career in the building materials industry with Pennsylvania Resources Corporation. After multiple promotions I spent the last fifteen years in leadership positions, most recently at Chevron where I am a Senior Business Develpoment Executive. Meanwhile, I earned an MBA from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2008 and studied Project Management at Villanova University that same year. I have proven ability to work with the CEO to develop sales volume targets, profitability targets, and operating expense benchmarks. I possess a strong background in staff development and building internal bench strength. I have demonstrated expertise in developing performance metrics to enhance profitability, quality, and customer service levels. With an established record of success in increasingly responsible positions as an operating executive, I deliver a results-oriented focus with a strong commitment and follow-through on execution and implementation.
