Provide company print services for New Construction, Repair, Training, HR, and many other departments. Print, distribute, and archive Engineering drawings for the shipyard. Process and submit Print Room monthly usage reports to Accounting. Cross-train with ISD Help Desk.• Operate and maintain all plotters and copiers• Manage inventory and order supplies and materials• Print and deliver documentation for commercial and government proposals• Process and document all outdated drawings for archiving to Iron Mountain• Backup duties for the Help Desk, including network account creation and permissions• Participate and lead discussions in multiple Kaizen Process Improvement projects

Manage jobs for print in both large format and copy size. Work with other departments in designingdocuments for both print and presentation to be used in multiple formats.Heading up the creation of training records and documentation for entire reprographics department.• Process or create digital files for output on large format or copiers• Consult with in-house marketing and global customers for design and formatting solutions• Mounting/laminating/finishing of all large format work• Create training manuals for the whole department• Assist in Reprographics website redesign and functional testing

Manage all large format jobs for prep and rip, while ensuring deadlines are met. Finish signs with lamination, mounting, grommeting, weeding, cutting or many other specifications.• Consultation and design for clients• Perform quality control checks on each job produced

Manage all marketing point-of-sale requests for large-format printing. Collaborate with clients to layout vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet extreme deadlines and requirement. Create aesthetically pleasing designs intended to attract consumers. • Process and follow detailed requests for design and print solutions• Maintain and operate multiple large format printers• Create and organize an extensive database of work for archiving purposes
