As a Senior ISR Consultant at PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., I recently supported NGA R&D’s RECON contract efforts on a wide-ranging MotionGEOINT Tradecraft Modernization program. I helped improve how the warfighter gets and uses MotionGEOINT products, by providing on-site subject matter expertise on intelligence analysis, PED, project management, and training. I also supported research study activities designed to test & evaluate motion-focused tradecraft and workflows. I serve as a PPC Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) advocate.With over 30 years of experience in all-source intelligence at all organizational levels, from the tactical to the strategic, I have a proven track record of leading and managing diverse intelligence teams and projects. I have extensive operational planning and strategy development skills, as well as expertise in ISR and collection management, IJSTO, and targeting. I am a certified intelligence weapons instructor. I hold a Master of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and 3 additional graduate degrees.
