Additionally, Jason actively managed all company owned real estate which consisted of over one million square feet of urban property throughout the country.

Jason D. Richter served as Senior Leasing Manager for Thor Equities, a New York based developer who owns and manages a multi billion dollar real estate portfolio consisting of retail, office, hotel and mixed-use assets throughout the United States and abroad. Richter had been with the firm since 2003 and was responsible for their New York City retail holdings. Additionally, Jason lead the leasing for over 1 million square feet of ground up development in Houston, Texas as well as Thor’s existing “High Street” assets in South Miami Beach, Florida and Beverly Hills, California. Jason had also been an integral part of Thor's leasing, refinancing, acquisition and disposition activities in Illinois, Michigan, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Texas and California consummating over 500 specialty and permanent deals, in excess of 1,000,000 square feet with estimated lease values of $100mm+.
