Worked directly for the principals, with vast real estate portfolio while managing and assisting in leasing numerous commercial office and retail properties. Provided daily support for principals during yearlong purchase and remodel of large 7 story office tower in Van Nuys, CA. Integral in all management and constructions aspect of the project, including hiring vendors, selecting leasing brokerage teams and helping to lease up the properties within the portfolio. Secondary work included being responsible for all accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking, coordinated payroll for household and management staff and supervised construction and building of new private residence.

Primarily responsible for underwriting and assessing value of properties and land for potential acquisition. Spent 3 months as a daily onsite manager of a 170 unit apartment complex in Reseda, CA while continuing to help oversee management of numerous other properties within the Domino Realty portfolio. Canvassed most major cities throughout Southern California searching for properties to acquire to include: Multi-Family Buildings, Industrial Parks, Office Complexes, High Street Retail, Shopping Centers and Personal Storage Facilities. Spearheaded numerous projects, most notably identifying public storage facilities available for rehab and purchase (2 large properties were acquired during my time at Domino). Worked for Domino Reality as a summer associate in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
