Manager, Spares Account Program
Current• Manage a team of three, responsible for individual tier-one customer accounts; contributing more than $72M of yearly spares revenue• Ensure the maintaining of spares market share and drive additional growth across new, recaptured, and repair/refurbished business; year over year• Represent TEL US region in customer global VPA negotiations and execution for key accounts• Create, negotiate, and analyze customer contracts such as consignment agreements, pricing agreements, credit programs, spares MoUs, repair contracts, and special programs• Manage three customer-specific global price books; including profit margin analysis and internal cost reduction negotiations for both periodic maintenance and yearly revaluation• Monitor and report out KPI/KSI to senior management: MDWP, inventory turns, revenue, and key account activities• Support escalation management to mitigate customer impact and identify/execute quick resolution and prevention of higher escalation• Lead localization efforts for key accounts of repair business driving TEL competitiveness by working to meet customer’s pricing and turnaround targets• Develop and manage spares operations processes and procedures to TEL’s quality and compliance standards• Engage in creative thinking and outside-the-box concepts to produce win-win scenarios
