Develop, implement, and manage the company’s first enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance program with focus on defending ZeroFox’s customers, assets, and data from advanced threats and adversaries. Consultant and technical support team lead to the Financial Systems Division in the Office of Finance at the United States Patent & Trademark Office where I was responsible for the on-site support and maintenance of the Patent & Trademark Office's financial system of record, consisting of a suite of CGI's proprietary financial products (Momentum). Actively engaged with the client while providing proactive support for end users of the systems. Responsibilities included configuration management, back patching, technical incident response, and upgrades of our application source code.

Started as Software Engineer II and advanced into progressively more demanding roles being recognized for top performance and selection for high-priority initiatives including the Sprint Countdown 2000 Y2K remediation project. Initially responsible for development and maintenance of the Sprint Global Messaging Invoice Systems (GMIS), which handled billing for services like SprintMail and Telex. Eventually moved to supporting the federal FTS2001 project, where I led the development and support of various distributed applications including SPIDR, the FTS2001 billing analysis and reporting tool, as well as the FTS2001 home page and related web applications.

Developed a client/server customer care and billing application written in C++ for the GUI frontend and COBOL on a VAX for the backend processing. Gained international experience working for a French-Canadian client translating the GUI screens to French supporting multi-linguistic customers. Other work included JCL and COBOL coding and report development for the State of Wyoming Auditor's office.
