Provides daily Active Directory support for the Army National Guard Enterprise comprised of 100,000+ users throughout the 54 states and territories. Monitors/manages 200+ domain controllers and 100+ various Windows management servers. Ensures all servers receive monthly security patches and all servers remain STIG compliant by reviewing new DISA STIGs every quarter. Manages 4000+ Group Policy objects throughout the forest, ensuring policies are successfully and efficiently pushed across the entire environment to the various states and their respective sites. Monitors/manages DNS across the enterprise, creating, modifying, and deleting records as required by the customers. Provides Tier III support to local state administrators for high level Active Directory troubleshooting. Works with Microsoft SCOM Engineer to configure service level monitoring on all domain controllers and management servers, providing email alerts for proactive troubleshooting and resolution of potential outages before they occur.

Installed, configured, and administered one of Raytheon’s largest information systems, consisting of 250+ workstations, 7 ESXi servers, 40+ virtual servers, and a NetApp storage cluster consisting of over 250TB of storage. Also in charge of configuring and maintaining an array of HPC/GPU grid nodes consisting of 150+ compute nodes with a total of 8000+ CPU cores. Daily duties varied from low level user support like password resets, account creations, adding/removing group memberships from accounts to more critical administration like updating antivirus signatures, downloading and pushing out the newest Microsoft/Linux patches, etc.
