Served as a key component in building the foundation for Wright's Foot and Ankle business, allowing Wright to divest the large joint business to become the largest pure play Biologics and Extremities company in the world. This was accomplished by creating a strategic vision that consisted of market disrupting technologies and building an infrastructure to expeditiously execute the plan.Actively managed a global team of 120+ employees located across the U.S., Europe, and Costa Rica (with facility responsibilities).
