    I was responsible for the monthly production of the sales team’s commission and contract profitability report (WAR report). This report required compiling data from multiple sources, cleaning and formatting that data, and finally verifying the resulting combined dataset for upload to corporate. This report was used to compile the results of all the sales teams in the WM market areas and to pay commissions to the sales reps. I was able to automate 60% of the data collection and cleaning from what was a completely manual process when I first took the position. In 2020, I worked with the M&A team to prepare financial analysis requested by the Department of Justice Antitrust Unit for an acquisition of another waste hauling company in Florida. I worked with the Area Sales Director to perform an efficiency analysis of the sales team for nationwide reorganization in 2021. I gained extensive experience with and knowledge of the management of large, disparate data stores.

Within 6 months of the establishment of the wholesale program it is generating over $20,000 in monthly revenue. During this time, I was also the lead coordinator for all construction proposals generated by the company.

    DloHaiti is a for-profit venture providing safe drinking water to consumers in underserved countries such as Haiti. The project decentralizes water purification and delivery by constructing treatment and sales facilities in rural communities. The company wanted to implement a rapid and repeatable deployment process for their expansion of physical sites. The deployment was scheduled to be completed in 45 days, unfortunately the process became mired in delays and mistakes made by substandard contractors. After day 90, I was offered the contract to move the project forward and revamp the entire construction and procurement process to develop the repeatable process dloHaiti was searching for. I took over the deployment at the point that there were 4 foundation slabs completed which all required remediation work. Non-performing contractors were replaced and a RFP and bidding process was instituted. The deployment was complete in an additional 90 days allowing extra time for a complete review of the process starting with the design of the foundation and available plans through completion and commissioning of the building. The entire construction phase was value engineered to reduce cost and time without sacrificing safety and quality standards. A new set of plans was developed based on the extensive re-engineering. As of February 2015, the time to completion of the kiosks has been reduced to 35 days from groundbreaking to commissioning with an approximate 20% overall cost reduction per site. After completing the initial kiosks my contract was extended to implement the new plans and improvements during the construction of an additional 6 kiosks throughout Haiti. The additional 6 kiosks were completed in April of 2015.

    Haiti Recovery Group was a for profit partnership of Ashbritt Inc. and The Gilbert Bigio Group. The company was formed after the Haiti earthquake of 2010 to perform disaster response operations with a focus on cleanup and debris removal in the affected areas. At this time I was working for a subsidiary of Ashbritt Inc., (Global Infrastructure LLC.). A 30 million USD fleet of equipment was shipped to Port au Prince to facilitate operations. In June 2011 I was reassigned from my duties with Global Infrastructure in the United States to the Haiti Recovery Group's operation in Port au Prince to develop a proof of concept for increasing the capacity of the Haitian government trash collection service SMCRS. The proof of concept ran from 6/25/2011 through 7/25/2011 and was extremely successful. After completion of the proof of concept I returned to my position with Global Infrastructure. I was the coordinator for a proposal for waste management services for the Government of Haiti. This proposal was awarded with a contract and full operations begin in the May of 2012. I was again reassigned to HRG and returned to Haiti to oversee the operations while also being responsible for generating new business with local companies and international organizations. The company ceased operations in Haiti in August of 2013 to focus on its operation in the United States. I chose to stay in Haiti and execute the existing contracts I had developed with local firms.
