Performed application development/customization, requirements gathering, and general administrative functions.Led several process reengineering efforts making better use of the technology at hand. Integrated several processes between SharePoint and iET Enterprise leveraging the strongest capabilities of each tool.Received training in iET Enterprise, Microsoft SQL, and Crystal Reports.

Design & Implementation of Enterprise Wide Information Sharing CapabilityEstablished and managed the Microsoft SharePoint capability for BAE's North America internal and external enterprise. Scale of execution includes several hundred sites, supporting over 30,000 users.Responsible for the analysis and development of SharePoint project requirements and design specifications.Started the WSS 2.0 Sharepoint service, and moved to MOSS 2007 in November of 2006. Currently supporting 2007 technologies internally, and 2003 technologies internally and externally (extranet).Played a leading role in the multi-year corporate Intranet Project that replaced dozens of legacy intranet sites with a single MOSS 2007 Publishing Portal, including some moderate customization.
