More than 19 years of experience as an engineer in remedial design/remedial action programs, site investigation, preparing construction specifications, decommissioning, decontamination and demolition (DDD) management, hazardous and PCB waste management and multimedia permitting in various sectors across the United States. Prepared remedial designs, feasibility studies, and construction bid documents, served as Engineer-of-Record, and managed remedial activities at complex sites undergoing cleanup and redevelopment under expedited schedules. Developed and implemented TSCA PCB cleanup plans in EPA Regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9.
