Within my current role I am presently responsible for the successful sourcing of all SLR staff at Associate and Principal grade within timescale and budget constraints, along with managing SLR's recruitment agency partnerships. Joining as the first in-house recruitment professional within SLR the position initially (and for some years thereafter) involved reporting directly to Board level management and helping to develop and realize SLR’s recruitment strategy across its European region business, and now work closely with our expert team of Talent Advisors and Administrators to help SLR realise its growth objectives.To date, my responsibilities have included:-Strategic planning with business leadership to identify key priorities and ensure these are delivered-Managing relationships across SLR's network of agency partners-Proactive identification and targeting of leading talent across our industries to fill key vacancies-Helping managers plan, run and manage advertising campaigns and candidate responses-Providing a 360 recruitment service at all levels from vacancy planning through to point of offer.-Hiring and managing new appointments within the Talent team to provide support to recruitment activities-Leading SLR's transition from Outlook and Excel managed recruitment to the use of its 1st ATS (People HR), and helping lead the transition from this system to a Sage based ATS-Ensuring SLR's commitment to Equality and Diversity is realised through our everyday recruitment activities
