In June 2015, Federation Centres restructured the Novion Wholesale Funds to create a Strategic Partnerships division managing co-owned shopping centres. Senior Fund Manager – Vicinity Enhanced Retail Fund (VERF) Senior Fund Manager – Commonwealth Bank Group Super (CBGS)Key activities involved: * Investment management which maximised total returns and reporting of fund performance; * Fostered and strengthened stakeholder engagement and support for Vicinity;* proactively used capital management and was compliant with debt covenants and reporting; and * Obtained approvals from Investors' Committees or Boards for all proposals relating to asset acquisitions, redevelopments, asset disposals and capital management initiatives.

During this time I was a specialist in the management of Wholesale Property Funds. As Head of Wholesale (New Funds), I reported directly to the Managing Director and was accountable for the real estate and fund strategies, treasury management, taxation, client reporting and capital transactions for the following:* Development and piloting of new Funds to meet the demand of existing and prospect clients;* Commonwealth Property Fund - a diversified office and retail sector fund;* Commonwealth Property Investment Trust - an office trust; * Private Property Syndicate - a diversified office, retail and industrial sector fund;* Diversified Property Portfolio - a unit trust investing in direct property funds;* Vicinity Enhanced Retail Fund - a sector specific retail centre fund; * Non-discloded Mandate - a directly held diversified sector property portfolio; and * Oversight of other Wholesale Funds & Mandates managed by direct reports.As Portfolio Manager (1999 - 2003), I was responsible for real estate transactions, joint venture structuring, asset management, capital and debt management. My commercial experience was across retail, office, industrial and hotel sectors.
