I was responsible for the creation and growth of these diversified business lines and was instrumental in outlining a clear business strategy, identifying and recruiting senior and operational personnel, setting focused enterprise plans and delivering the agreed outcomes. I held ultimate executive responsibility for Valuation & Advisory Services and Research, setting and delivering the agreed direction and outcomes. As the inaugural Chairperson, I remained instrumental in the Global Valuation & Advisory Services group and Global Risk Management team at Colliers International for 7 years. These groups were implemented to ensure global connection, sharing best practise, superior client engagement and enhanced risk management and quality assurance.I was part of the National Executive for Colliers International for in excess of 10 years, involved in setting the direction and managing the Australian business.

I commenced at Colliers International as Associate Director I Valuation & Advisory Services, responsible for the Sydney CBD office. This role progressed to leadership of the NSW team and subsequently Managing Director for the national business in 2003, a position retained for 10 years. I was expert in the valuation of significant national CBD office assets and the procurement and co-ordination of major property portfolios. The Valuation & Advisory Services business expanded during this period and was positioned as a leader within the industry.
