I am a passionate educator, driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of our young, that they may stand tall and wise as the heirs to our collective future. Our mission in education must be to equip them too, with a passion for life and learning. We must foster autonomy in their desire and ability to learn, breadth in their awareness and scope of interest, and persistence, determination and aspiration to unreservedly achieve excellence in accord with their capacity. Our young also require faith and care from those who believe in their boundless potential and in the dignity and worth of others, for their character is their destiny. To achieve this, dynamic actions and initiatives, and inspiring leaders, are needed. As a visionary educational leader, I act resolutely from a core built on personal character, values and enthusiasm, and I value excellence forged through strategy and performance imperatives. In all that I do, I seek to make an indelible contribution to the lives of all students and staff in my care and, by extension, to the total school community.
