This project started in 2009 with the transformation of Countrywide in 41 states across America. In late 2011, we started Phase I of the Merrill Lynch transformation in the States and Asian Pacific. As of December 2012, we are kicking off Phase II of the Merrill Lynch transformation that will take us back to the States, Asia Pacific and to new areas in Europe and Latin America. Our team of nearly 50 individuals consists of Engineers (Voice, Data, Telco, Design, Program), Project Managers, on site Field Engineers, Project Coordinators and other project support personnel. The team has currently transitioned over 45,000 handsets (both digital and analog devices) for Countywide and Merrill Lynch. This team coordinated, implemented and managed every aspect of the transformation components from beginning to end. This activity consisted of: designing, gathering, interacting, procuring, scheduling, monitoring, documenting, facilitating, escalating, programming and reporting.
