Responsible for managing Sarbanes Oxley program, delivering required tools and controls to the supporting infrastructure of all SOX and other high value applications, across all Investment Bank lines of business.Responsibilities include:• Formalizing requirements and scope, plus proposed solutions working closely with the technical and implementation teams.• Formalising and reviewing project plans across all Lines of Business teams.• Identifying issues, risks and dependencies in collaboration with lines of business lead Project Managers, Security Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Risk Management and technical sources, and assisting with closure.• Creation/enhancement of metrics based reports used for tracking and reporting progress status.• Forecasting and identifying project resource requirements.

Project Manager for various merger related projects, including NT 4 decommissioning, WINS service decommissioning, Active Directory remediation, NetIQ web application customization, Shared data migration, Test lab build out for merged environment• NT decommission project included analyzing corporate environment to discover servers not tracked and finding owners of those servers, tracking all server and domain decommissioning work. These metrics were then tracked against project’s KPIs.• Developed an Active Directory User object definition, incorporating the requirements of seven Active Directory domains across four continents.• Designed procedures and processes for the remediation of over 130,000 user accounts to a standard naming convention and format.• Assisted AD Engineering team in the design and implementation of an Active Directory Verification environment, used for testing infrastructure merging, changes and testing of new technologies. Over 100 servers.
