I have managed various real estate investment projects for over 10 years. I began by purchasing a single family home that I converted into my first rental property. Since then I have progressed to owning multi-tenant properties that I have managed the renovation projects. My team currently maintains and manages 2 multi-tenant properties worth approximately 1 million dollars. We have utilized 1031 tax deferment programs to maximize our profits and purchasing power. I work with a great team of professionals on every project that I have completed. I have leveraged their services and expertise for the benefit of myself and others while collaborating on their projects.

I managed many of the initial projects that got 3 Eagles started. As the Project Manager I was responsible for delivering the initial catalog of business-to-business IT products and services from inception to closure. Additionally, I established a companywide marketing strategy to offer IT solutions to business-to-business clients that combined landing pages, websites, emails, commercials, call scripts, branding, while creating supporting documents and artifacts. Supporting the technical side of the business, I managed projects that created software that bundled IT services, collected data from our partners, and created quotes for customers. Once this project was completed this team came back together to create billing software used by the company and clients. 3 Eagles IT Solutions, saves money for businesses that use IT technology.
