- ROO and ROI analysis via data mining utilizing Nielsen reports and regional consumer trends to identify brand opportunities especially for the area of my coverage. - Sales and distribution. To work closely with company’s distributor in achieving the monthly sales target and to ensure optimum distribution of company’s product to the market. - Availability and visibility. - Assisted Grab in conducting hands-on market survey during pre-launch phase for Batu Pahat, Muar and Kluang district in the state of Johore. - Identify key areas for Grab to launch its service via new city mapping. - Create awareness and hype during Grab pre-launch phase and post-launch phase for driver recruitment initiative via digital marketing and field marketing approach. - Recruitment of drivers. Assist new drivers on-board training by registering them to Grab’s system and providing them personal training in order to prepare them for being the desired driver required by Grab. - Once drivers are on board, placement of drivers in their specific Whatsapp group chat to create a support system whereby senior drivers will be able to help junior drivers on a 24/7 basis and I will have hands on information from the group chat to identify and highlight major problems faced by drivers to the management of Grab. - Ensure drivers’ welfare are preserved and motivate drivers to complete their first 30 trips upon driver account activation. - Identified 7 drivers with good morale that are self-motivated to take up “alpha” position from the pool of my 3000+ drivers. Training of such “alpha” drivers would enable Grab’s de-centralizing strategy to materialize, as they would be able to train new drivers in their own city and address issues faced by drivers with a quicker turnaround time. All of these alphas will report directly to me. - Creating different incentives for alphas drivers as and when needed to boost recruitment numbers to ensure that the supply of drivers in the city would be sufficient to meet its demand.

Drafting and vetting of company's legal documents including but not limited to non-disclosure agreement, master service agreement, country service agreements and IT consulting agreements for amount less than USD $ 10 million specifically for Oil & Gas, IT, Hotel & Tourism, F&B and FMCG industry. Assist the business team to review their proposal, request for tender, credentials, advertising and presentation slides to protect the interest of the company. Support the company's affiliates and subsidiaries located in the ASEAN and US region. Preparation of compliance and contract management guide, summarizes agreements by avoiding legal jargon for ease of business team's reference.

Fully responsible for the Company's external litigation matters with thorough investigation including and not limited to areas of:-- Fraud Detection, Criminal Breach of Trust Detection, breach of company's policy. - Work hand-in-hand with our external lawyers to gather documentary evidence, preparation of Witness Statement and examining Expert/Forensic Report- Preparation of Investigation report and present the same to the senior management. - Preparation of Executive Summary to present to the Board of Directors, vetting and reviewing corporate agreements and letters. Part of the team that set up the company’s law clinic to update law related areas. - Assisting the Company's Director to oversee confidential litigation cases. Being the liaison between the business unit and external lawyers. - Providing legal advise to business unit for law related matters to ensure proper implementation of business policy. - Attend domestic inquiry, Industrial Court, Civil & Criminal Court for cases to ensure the best interest of the Company.
