I had frequent involvement with SQL Managementstudios (2005/2008) for tasks ranging from data cleansing, SQL profiling to pin point data issues or faults with stored procedures, creating both one-time and scheduled reports for users and general database maintenance and administration. One of my main responsibilities was to ensure that effectivetime management was implemented, as the position expected responsibility to be taken for finding a resolution to an issue within a specific time frame based on the nature of the issue and the Service Level Agreement with the customer.
