Directed all business operations for the Trustees’ natural, agricultural, historic and cultural properties throughout the Charles River Valley (Greater Boston Area). Oversaw a portfolio comprised of 45 staff members (15 FTE/30 PTE), 250+ volunteers, and 300,000+ annual visitors across 26 properties and 2,800 acres.

Central Massachusetts Region

Coordinated all land and property management priorities across Central Massachusetts, including oversight of 20 staff members (8 FTE/12 PTE) and 100+ volunteers across 21 properties and 1,900 acres.

Umass Center For Public Policy

UMass Center for Public Policy (Year 1): Support of the center’s grant writing and administration, data collection, policy research, and analysis priorities. Designed, developed, and launched the informative South Coast Urban Indicators Project and published a co-authored article in NOAA’s annual Sea Grant Law and Policy Journal.Dartmouth City Managers’s Office (Year 2): Led strategic outreach efforts to improve stakeholder relations and communicate emerging city initiatives. Primary work included preparation of policy briefs and presentations for local authorities (focus areas included municipal facilities management and local land use policy and planning); provided day-to-day support for the City Manager's office. Fellowship capstone project generated $800K through analyses of all vacant and underutilized municipal facilities that enabled sales and consolidation.

Great Falls, Va

Oversaw daily operations of $1.6M annual operating budget. Managed $250K in special projects, including: wetland restoration, run-off control, construction of new maintenance facilities and extensive tree removal and regeneration initiatives.
