• Worked cross-functionally to launch the LIKEtoKNOW.it consumer shopping app at SXSW and grew its registered users to over 1M in its first 9 months (end of 2017). With a focus on user acquisition and retention, we more.
• Elevated the profile of the LIKEtoKNOW.it app on the app store by increasing its rating from 3.3 to 4.9 stars with over 100K ratings and reviews from happy users, and secured several app store features from Apple.
• Increased our Monthly Active Users (MAUs) by 134% from (Jan to Dec 2018), while maintaining a healthy retention rate, and more than doubled the app's revenue from 2017 to 2018 (138% YoY growth).
• Led the team to be more data driven by implementing behavioral event tracking, user cohorts, and AB testing tools into our products and process. I developed a culture of regular testing and analysis of the analytics.
• Worked with executive leadership to adopt an OKR goal setting framework along with more agile principles in order to increase the team’s productivity and respond faster to our user research and market data.
