-Processed service requests from patrons and constituents requiring government services and information provided by the City and County of San Francisco-Advised City and County residents through complex processes owned across 20+ different support agencies-Coordinated with City and County agencies to respond to a variety of emergency events-Triaged calls through operation of a comprehensive Customer Relations Management system addressing concerns including non-emergency police reports, public safety, graffiti & blight abatement, illegal parking, and city property issues

-Represented 300+ flight attendants during contract negotiations and fostered relations with senior management to enhance working conditions to improve employee satisfaction-Oversaw proper enforcement of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as head of the Grievance Committee, and mediated sensitive membership issues-Chaired local membership council meetings, and delegated union business duties to officers as needed-Served on the Union’s governing council, the AFA-CWA Executive Board, which comprised of leadership across 19 member airlines and managed the business affairs of 50,000+ flight attendants

-Managed council finances, documents, and membership communications in accordance with the union’s constitution and bylaws-Coordinated weekly internal management calls, onsite logistics for monthly negotiation summits, and union business travel accommodations (e.g. hotels, transportation, and venue bookings)-Governed the Negotiations Committee, and served as primary liaison between union members across three airport bases
