The project was recognised with the Annual CEO award• Project - Dawn: Supported the tender of a new workforce planning tool to unify 3 current platforms. Rolled out the communications plan, leader/team member training, and embed consistent workforce planning principles across 3000 FTE• Stakeholder and engagement lead for Group Lending Services, provide weekly project updates to Executive board on status, engagement levels, good news stories and current challenges.• Developed and facilitated key people metrics training to operation managers, executives and team members. Metrics such as productivity, utilisation, and non-core time are used to reduce backlog hours and harvest FTE.• Led team of consultants to observe operation team processes, ensure best practices are utilised, and group processes into unit times• Lead post implementation review with GM’s to improve an areas productivity • Subject matter expert of workforce planning tool - Verint i360• Accountable for all recruitment in the wider Operational Capability Team• Utilise long term forecasts to provide recommendations to senior leadership

Plans included a breakdown of skills, availability, client preferences, chargeability/billable cost, etc.• Led headcount plan, monitor attrition, transfers and joiners• Advise leadership on resolving resource conflicts across multiple client escalations• Lead advisor for the Indian and Phillipines delivery centres• Strategise sourcing options for current and future client demand and recommend candidates to senior executives and project managers.
