Led a small team (4 on shore 4 offshore) to support IT Service Management (ITIL) reporting framework development. Familiar with a multi-tiered development testing development cycle with Extract Transfer Load (ETL) and Data warehouse architecture. Used agile concepts and project management principles to drive results.

Acted as an internal consultant to groups within American Express to help them document and improve processes using a variety of best practices from ITIL, Six Sigma, LEAN, BPMN, and other frameworks.

Supported the continual process improvement team by developing a framework, completing process models, and helping identify improvements. Utilized my degree in Information Systems and Business to support both creation of CBAs for improvements, as well as understanding technical concepts and relating them in non-technical terms.
