As Project Manager I supervised a team of developers comprised of both internal staff and contractual based augmented staff. I was responsible for creating and executing project plans as well as modifying those project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, identify resources and assign individual responsibilities, create and enforce a project centric development methodology and project standards, identify and minimize exposure and risk to the project, review deliverables before release to the project stake holders and ensure the completeness and validity of project documentation.
